1. Scope
This website provides product and privacy information. It has no membership sign-in, product upload or payment forms. Sign-in, local products and data management within the Chrome extension are covered by the separate App Privacy Policy.
2. Data processed and purposes
- Connections and statistics: When you browse, the website and service providers process IP addresses, browser information, pages visited, referring pages, connection times and necessary security records to deliver pages, maintain service and prevent abuse. Aggregated reports on page views, loading times and other website statistics help improve content and performance.
- Contact you initiate: When you email us, we and email service providers process any name you provide, your email address, message and necessary delivery/verification records to reply, verify identity and handle your contact or privacy request.
Traffic and performance measurement uses no tracking cookies, cross-site tracking or advertising, and is not linked to app accounts, sign-in data or product databases. Contact data is not used for marketing or usage analytics and is not automatically imported into app product data.
3. Service providers and retention
Providers of hosting, content delivery, security, website statistics, email delivery or storage process data as necessary to operate this website and handle contact. Data is processed by the operator and these providers and may be processed in Taiwan and other countries or regions where provider services operate. Necessary data may also be supplied to competent authorities as required by law. Personal data is not sold or rented or provided to advertisers for marketing.
Connection records, statistics and email data follow each service’s retention and backup mechanisms. Personal data we hold is retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations or disputes, then deleted when no retention basis remains. Provider backups may not be cleared immediately alongside primary data.
4. Choices and rights
You can read the website without providing your name, email or product account, but page delivery still requires connection processing. Browser or content-blocker settings can restrict measurement while leaving pages readable. If you contact us or request data action without necessary contact or identity-verification details, we may be unable to reply or identify the relevant data. Do not send passwords, sign-in credentials or a complete product database.
Using the privacy address above, you may request access to or review of, a copy of, supplementation/correction of, stopping collection/processing/use of, or deletion of personal data we process. After necessary identity checks we explain what can be handled and what must legally be retained. Aggregated website reports are not linked to product accounts, so an individual visit may not be identifiable by name or account. App account data follows the App Privacy Policy.
