拾物簿Scroll & Keep

Scroll & Keep Terms of Service

Updated: November 1, 2026. Version: 2026-11-01.

1. Service and operator

Scroll & Keep (拾物簿) is a Chrome extension that helps users organize product and source records from social platforms. It is operated by 陳澤雄, an individual. The current beta provides the delivered Facebook page monitoring hints, local product organization and backup features. Monitoring hints are saved only after your confirmation. The product does not buy products or transact with sellers on your behalf.

Google sign-in or Google Drive authorization does not constitute acceptance of these Terms.

Before you first enable a new operation covered by these Terms, or when important changes require renewed confirmation, the product provides links to the full Terms and Privacy Policy. You actively check your agreement to the Terms and acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy, then press the confirmation button. This version applies to subsequent use from your explicit confirmation; acceptance is not presumed retrospectively. Downloading, installing, signing in with Google, dismissing a prompt or earlier use alone does not constitute acceptance of this version. You may cancel and read later without deciding immediately.

Until confirmation, new sign-ins, additions, edits, monitoring, imports/restores and new Drive connections, backups, retrievals or takeovers are paused. Where existing identity and data-access conditions permit, you can still view, locally export or delete existing data, sign out, disconnect Drive and cancel work. Non-acceptance does not delete data or grant access to another account’s data. Accepting these Terms does not mean agreeing to payment, authorizing Drive or granting blanket consent to unexplained uses of personal data.

2. Current free plan, voluntary support and future charges

Currently available features are free; using the product requires no payment or contribution. Free features are subject to usage limits, with the specific limits clearly listed in the plan information on the official website and the app interface. Other format, security and device-resource limits still apply. Before limits change, the affected scope and effective date will be explained. Where existing usage rights or data access are affected, the notice, transition and data-export arrangements in Sections 2 and 6 of these Terms apply.

Free access is the current offering, not a promise that all features, limits or future versions will remain free forever. The operator may introduce one-time purchases, subscriptions or other paid plans, or adjust free features and limits. No paid plan is currently enabled.

Before future charges apply, the feature scope, price, billing method, effective date, cancellation and refund conditions, and transition arrangements for existing free accounts will be explained clearly. Charges apply only after you explicitly choose a purchase and accept its payment conditions. Previous sign-in, free use, contributions or acceptance of these Terms does not automatically convert your account to a paid plan or authorize charges. Earlier free use will not be billed retrospectively. Any subscription or automatic renewal will separately disclose the billing period, amount and cancellation method and obtain consent.

You may decline a paid plan. Affected free features may then change or end, subject to reasonable notice under Section 6. Where access to existing data is affected, an export opportunity will be arranged. Buying a new plan will not be required to retrieve existing data, and existing products will not be deleted for that reason. Separately established individual licenses or paid contracts remain governed by their conditions and applicable law; these Terms do not cancel them in advance.

Existing test and gift accounts retain their original limits, expiry and revocation rules. Expiry or revocation of a special grant does not delete existing products; later additions and monitoring depend on the account’s remaining valid access and limits.

Voluntary contributions support operations and do not exchange for features, limits, platform access or special services. Not contributing does not affect standard free eligibility. Contributions are not yet available. Before any contribution option is introduced, its service provider, necessary data handling and payment contact will be disclosed. These Terms do not predeclare that all contributions are non-refundable or qualify for tax benefits.

A contribution is not a product purchase, equity or participation in management. It does not guarantee eligibility for or credits toward future paid plans, a maintenance period or that the product will not be transferred. Any specific reward or paid service offered later must have its nature and conditions explained separately; using the label “contribution” cannot exclude obligations required by law.

3. Accounts and feature access

Account-based local features still require Google sign-in, with Supabase providing authentication and feature-access verification. Free access does not mean no sign-in or permanently available offline writes. Valid access already obtained can support offline use within its original validity period. When it expires and cannot be renewed, additions, edits and monitoring pause.

When the original account can be verified, you may still view, back up and delete your local data. An account database is not opened when the account cannot be verified. Signing out or switching accounts does not delete product records or expose the previous account’s products to another account.

Protect your Google account and device. Process only content you have the right to access and save, and follow the source platform’s applicable rules. This product grants no intellectual-property rights in source text or images and does not guarantee the accuracy of source content, prices or local AI suggestions. Check them before saving or using them.

4. Data and backups

Products are normally stored on your device. Sign-in does not automatically upload them. Download a complete local backup, or separately connect Drive for the same Google account and back up manually. Automatic sync is not currently provided.

Backups may contain private text, images and account identifiers and are not encrypted by this product. Store them securely and keep necessary additional copies. After validation, preview and your confirmation, restore replaces the current account’s data; it does not merge another account’s data. Clearing local products, disconnecting Drive or signing out does not delete downloaded files or Drive copies.

For data types, service providers, temporary storage, cleanup, withdrawal of authorization and account-data requests, see the App Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services and support scope

Google Drive as a third-party service

Google Drive is provided and managed by Google and is an optional third-party backup service for Scroll & Keep. Google Drive itself is outside Scroll & Keep’s guaranteed service scope. We do not guarantee its continued provision, uninterrupted operation, connection or transfer speeds, available storage, API quotas, unchanged fees or policies, or that Google-managed account access and data retention will remain unrestricted or unchanged.

If Drive outages, insufficient storage or quotas, account or authorization restrictions, or changes to Google policies, APIs or fees delay, restrict or prevent backup, retrieval or takeover, we cannot guarantee when the third-party service will recover or permanent compatibility. You must still comply with Google’s terms. Fees and contracts for Google storage or other services you purchase are between you and Google; Scroll & Keep does not undertake to pay them.

Product data is normally stored on your device. Regularly export complete local backups and keep them somewhere you control. As Drive backups depend on the third-party conditions above, an independent copy is recommended.

This scope does not exclude the maintenance scope expressly stated in these Terms or Scroll & Keep’s legal responsibilities, change our promised notice and export arrangements for planned closure, exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict your legal rights.

Manual data handling

Manual record-by-record comparison, content merging, reconstruction and data rescue for conflicts caused by concurrent use on multiple devices or windows are outside general maintenance and support. Product defects remain subject to the maintenance scope expressly stated in these Terms. This provision does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict users’ legal rights.

Third-party limitations do not exclude the express maintenance scope or legal responsibilities, or cancel promised protections such as account isolation and backup validation. Free or beta status is not a blanket disclaimer. Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or other matters that cannot lawfully be excluded is not waived in advance, and your legal rights are not restricted.

6. Feature changes, delisting and termination of use

Scope of features and services

The operator may adjust, suspend or stop all or part of Scroll & Keep, or stop distribution or delist the extension, because of staffing or operating costs, technical feasibility, legal requirements, or service or policy changes by Facebook, Chrome, Google or Supabase. This may affect Facebook monitoring hints, post and image capture, product additions and edits, sign-in and access verification, and manual Drive backup and retrieval.

For example, Facebook page changes may temporarily prevent monitoring or image capture; Drive quotas or API restrictions may limit backups. These situations do not mean local products have been deleted or that we have acquired rights to dispose of your Google account, Facebook account or other Drive files. Section 5 distinguishes third-party limitations from this product’s responsibilities.

Planned changes and closure

During maintenance, defects and compatibility issues are assessed and addressed according to impact, security, technical feasibility and available resources. Unless expressly agreed otherwise or required by law, there is no guarantee that every issue can be fixed or promise of fixed support-response or repair times, compatibility with every source-site change, uninterrupted operation, lifetime updates, a fixed number of maintenance years or permanent external services. This does not remove the product responsibilities preserved in Section 5.

Ordinary feature or limit changes will first explain the affected scope and timing. Lower limits will not delete existing products above the limit, and contributions will not become a condition of continued use. The operator may cease maintenance or operations; no fixed service period is promised. For a normally planned closure, reasonable advance notice will be given based on its scope, effects on data access and backup time needed. The notice will explain the closure date and actions users can take; no fixed number of notice days is set. If sign-in, product viewing or export will be affected, a reasonable opportunity to export will be arranged before closure, maintaining the sign-in and access queries needed during that period so users can obtain complete products, sources, images, notes and history. Closure will not delete your Drive data. Calling an action a “feature adjustment” or “delisting” does not avoid these planned-closure arrangements. Export still requires an available device, verifiable account and necessary services. Third-party continuity and success on every device are not guaranteed. If obstacles arise, available measures will be explained for the circumstances; sudden third-party interruptions are addressed below.

Stopping distribution or delisting does not remotely uninstall an installed extension. Installed versions still depend on Chrome, source sites and sign-in/access services; permanent usability after delisting is not guaranteed. Feature availability and specific exit steps after closure will be explained separately.

Emergency restrictions and individual access

Where concrete evidence indicates account impersonation, attempts to obtain another account’s data, forgery or bypass of access verification, mass automated requests disrupting sign-in or backup services, or unlawful use of the product, the operator may restrict relevant requests, suspend affected features or terminate that account’s right to use Scroll & Keep according to severity. Action must be limited to what is necessary. Where risk can be isolated more narrowly, unrelated features and accounts are not affected.

Normally, reasons and effects will be explained first and an opportunity to contact us and provide an explanation will be offered. For serious security risks, active abuse, an immediate legal or binding authority requirement, or sudden third-party cessation preventing advance notice, necessary restrictions may be imposed first, followed by notice as soon as legally permitted without compromising security handling. No prior notice is given where prohibited by law. Foreseeable compliance matters do not avoid the planned-closure notice arrangements above. Advance notice and continued availability during emergency interruptions cannot be guaranteed. Restrictions will be reviewed once risk is removed, and mistakes corrected.

Not contributing is not a reason to suspend access or cancel limits. Test/gift grants remain subject to their original conditions, validity and revocation rules. A single special grant’s expiry or revocation does not cancel other valid access. Restrictions on an entire account for the violations or security events above will separately explain their scope; special-grant expiry is not treated as a violation.

Restricting or terminating use does not itself authorize deletion of local products, downloaded backups or Drive backups. Where the original account can be safely verified without violating law or obstructing necessary security handling, data viewing and export will be retained or arranged. If identity cannot be verified or relevant services are interrupted, the account database may temporarily be inaccessible; immediate sign-in or export after suspension is not promised. Necessary data requests follow the Privacy Policy, without requiring product databases or sign-in credentials as appeal evidence.

7. Product sale, licensing and transfer of operations

The operator may sell or license the Scroll & Keep software, brand or related product assets they legally have the right to dispose of, or transfer operation of the product to another person or legal entity. Free use and voluntary contributions create no product ownership, equity or right to veto a transaction. Third-party code and materials remain subject to their original licenses.

If a transfer involves user services, reasonable notice before it takes effect will identify the successor, contact details, intended timing and effects on accounts, features and data handling. Succession to existing contractual rights and obligations follows applicable law. Where consent or approval is legally required, it will be obtained separately; these Terms are not blanket consent to an unknown successor, changed conditions or release of responsibility. A sale or transfer does not itself remove the original operator’s legal or contractual responsibilities.

Whether personal data is transferred, its scope and legal basis will be separately assessed and disclosed under the Privacy Policy and applicable law, with consent obtained where required. A sale does not authorize collection of local products or private Drive backups for delivery to a buyer, nor expansion of existing data purposes or access solely because of the transaction.

You may decline arrangements requiring separate consent and stop using the product using the method described in the notice. Changes to data access will include a reasonable export opportunity under Section 6; account-data requests follow the Privacy Policy. Any later price change or paid plan remains subject to Section 2’s disclosure and purchase rules.

8. Changes to these Terms and contact

Published Terms identify their version and effective date and remain available to read. Important changes affecting usage rights or data handling will be notified in advance, with separate consent obtained where required. Google OAuth authorization is not acceptance of these Terms, and updated wording will not retrospectively diminish existing rights.

For general support, usage questions, bug reports, Terms questions or appeals about access decisions, contact snk-support@giagia.net.

For privacy or account-data requests, contact snk-privacy@giagia.net. Do not send passwords, sign-in credentials or a complete product database. Contributions are not currently collected.

9. Intellectual property and software license

The operator retains intellectual-property rights in the Scroll & Keep code, interface, documentation and materials to which they legally hold rights. Subject to these Terms and the product’s actual offering, you receive a non-exclusive license to install and use the official version. Current free use does not mean open source, transfer of copyright or brand rights, or permission to sublicense, distribute or sell the product. This section does not categorically prohibit organizing work or personal data you are entitled to process.

Except where permitted by law, an applicable third-party license or the relevant rights holder’s consent, you may not reproduce, adapt, publicly transmit or distribute the protected code or materials without authorization, or rename, repackage, offer modified versions of, sell or relist all or part of the software. Do not remove or alter rights notices without authorization, or misuse Scroll & Keep’s name, marks or official identity so others mistake an unofficial product, modified version or service for one associated with the operator.

Third-party code, icons and other materials retain their respective licenses and rights; this section does not cancel rights already granted or claim ownership of third-party content. Your data and source-platform content do not transfer to the operator through product use. Your legal rights in your data and the export opportunities promised here remain intact.

This section does not exclude fair use or lawful backup, modification or other uses, or claim exclusive rights in features, concepts or operating methods. Infringement and its legal consequences depend on the facts and applicable law and are not established automatically by these Terms.
